Claret Capital Partners portfolio company, Dublin-headquartered AdaptiveMobile Security has been acquired by Swedish company Enea in a deal worth €45m.

AdaptiveMobile specialises in mobile network security, offering products to protect data and users from cyber-attacks.

Stockholm-headquartered Enea is a leading provider of cybersecurity and telecoms software.
